Concept
Opening directly into the terrace, the restaurant is ideal for savouring a cocktail whilst enjoying the sunshine, or for discovering new flavours. You will be able to find every dish in the vegan way. All our products, drinks and dishes will be bio from our locals producers, we will respect each season for the menu and obviously healthy. We want the best for our guest.
You will be able to take one of your meal directly on the outside terrasse or inside our beautiful restaurant.
You will also be able to privatise the all bar restaurant of the hotel, you will just have to contact us or go directly to our events page and you will be able to send a request. You will not be able to b privatize the restaurant bar during our jazz nights session.
BREAKFAST
Mon – Fri: 6:30am – 10:30am Sat – Sun: 7am – 15Pm
Our Breakfast can be served in our main restaurant or if you prefer we can directly come to your room with all the choices that you told us the day before. We will do some brunch also during the sunday morning where you will have to make a reservation at the reception directly or just by sending us an email.
DINNER
Tues – Sat: 5pm – 11pm

Our main restaurant will be open 6 days a week, you will have to make a reservation to book a table directly by calling us or sending us an email and we will answers in a short time to confirm the reservation.
At The Hotel, we have what you need. Grab a quick bite at the bar before heading out to take on the city, or celebrate your urban conquest with cocktails. Fancy dining in style? The Restaurant in the south of France is where it’s at for urban fine dining in Carqueiranne . Looking to take things easy? Enjoy a lazily lavish breakfast with a sea view. Or perhaps breakfast in bed is more your style, in which case, dial up room service and kick back while we do all the work – after all, what else is new luxury all about?

About our bar, the concept will be to serve drinks that we match the season as much as the food does. We will try to change the drinks menu each season of the years.
The bar will also be open for our Jazz nights where you will be able to have a drinks and listen to good music.

Obviously you will have to show us your Covid pass before entering the restaurant or the bar even if your are staying on the terrasse.
